Welcome to the Copperfield Homeowners Association (CHA) website. As a Copperfield resident, you soon learn that purchasing a home here is about more than just the real estate. It’s about the community. Copperfield is a special place, where people matter to one another and neighbors become valued and trusted friends.

Copperfield is a 300-acre residential community located about twenty minutes east of downtown Louisville, Kentucky in Jefferson County, originally incorporated in February of 1984. The community includes about 400 homes on quiet cul-de-sacs and meandering streets, in a country-style setting with lush landscaping and mature trees on wooded lots.

Behind the signature serpentine brick walls you will find a neighborhood that prides itself on well-maintained homes and its friendly atmosphere. As a resident of Copperfield, you automatically become a member of the association and are granted access to the many fine neighborhood facilities. In addition, the CHA organizes a full calendar of community social events. Copperfield offers a variety of activities to provide something of interest for residents from all walks of life.
